Jim Keith was best known as the author of paranoid conspiracy-theory books such as Black Helicopters Over America, Saucers of the Illuminati and Casebook on the Men In Black. However, in the late 1960s, he was a member of ValSFA (an east Los Angeles County club that also included Don Fitch and Larry Nielson) and a founder of APA-H.
