Jay Kinney is an American fan. He published Nope and he contributed to many other fanzines. He founded Apasition, an APA for political discussion.
He is also an author, editor, and former underground cartoonist. He was a member, along with Skip Williamson, Jay Lynch and R. Crumb, of the original Bijou Funnies crew.
