Janice Bogstad is a fan living in Wisconsin who is mainly known for her fanzines. She published New Moon and Janus (with Jeanne Gomoll), and Aurora. She was one of the founders of Wiscon and chaired Wiscon's 1-3.
She holds a PhD and teaches at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire where she organized the 1996 SFRA Conference. Her teaching interests include SF, fantasy, and women's studies.
