James Ashe, who lived in Upstate NY, was editor of Science Fiction Times from January 1967 to February 1968. He was married to Ann Ashe (later, after they divorced in 1968, Ann Deitz) who succeeded him as editor. He was a member of the Syracuse in '67 Worldcon bid.
