In the fan funds TAFF, DUFF and GUFF, Hold Over Funds is a required choice on the ballot. Voting Hold Over Funds means the voter wants no fan fund delegate this year and that the fund collected should be applied to the next year's race. It is voted on and its votes are counted like any candidate.
