Harry Jenkins, Jr. was a Columbia, South Carolina, fan active in the 1930s-1940s.

He published Fan Editor and Publisher (with Joe Fortier) and was a charter member of The National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F) in 1941, and edited the 4th issue of the club fanzine, Bonfire.

His photo appears on page 172 of Harry Warner's fan history of the 1940s, All Our Yesterdays (Advent, 1969). Pictured in the photo with him is Joe Gilbert, another Columbia fan.

He was the subject of a Founding Members article by Jon D. Swartz in June, 2017 issue National Fantasy Fan.
