A fan from St. Louis, MO who was a member of the Ozark Science Fiction Association where he met his wife, fellow fan Lesleigh Couch Luttrell. In college they founded the Missouri SF Association. He was FGoH of Archon 3 in 1979.

He was one of the editors of the OSFA clubzines Sirruish and Osfan. With Lesleigh Luttrell, he edited Starling which was nominated for the 1975 Best Fanzine Hugo. He was a member of APA 45 and N'APA (Kercheif).
