F. Lee Baldwin was an early fan from Asotin, Washington, who joined Lovecraft fandom along with Duane W. Rimel. He was active in the 1930s and 1940s, corresponded with H. P. Lovecraft, and wrote columns for The Fantasy Fan and the Acolyte. He attended Philcon and was a member of VAPA.

A tribute to him and his work was published as Within the Circle, Moshassuck Press, 1988. He was one of the thinly disguised characters in The Battle That Ended the Century.
