FenCon III was a convention held from September 22-24, 2006 at the Holiday Inn Select North Dallas in Farmers Branch, TX. The Guests of Honor were Alan Dean Foster, Heather Alexander (music), Darrell K. Sweet, and Judith Ward (fan).

It was chaired by Tim Miller, the toastmaster was Jim Butcher, the con had the theme "Sci-Fi Camp" and attendance was 629.

Judith Ward died on July 3, 2006, but was still the Fen GoH.
