-An ersatz [[club]] created by [[Claude Degler]] in 1943 in New York as part of his [[Cosmic Circle]].  It was (supposedly) a state-wide umbrella organization with local groups such as the [[Slan Slum]] (which was actually the only one).  [[Larry Shaw]] was the only real (though probably involuntary) member of either.  Otherwise, he populated the [[clubs]] by contacting [[prozine]] readers using names and addresses culled from their [[letter columns]].  It seems to have had no real existence.
