Donald B. Thompson was a fan from Louisiana in the early 40s who published the FAPAzine Phanny (later Phanteur). He was often referred to in fandom as D. B. Thompson.
He was a charter member of the N3F in 1941.
A Founding Member article by Jon D. Swartz, featuring Thompson, appeared in the November, 2018 issue of The National Fantasy Fan.
