Donald H. Dailey was a longtime fan from Indiana.
A member of First Fandom, he was inducted into the club's Posthumous Hall of Fame in 2007. At one time he served as the First Fandom Archivist and a contributing editor for the club's fanzine, Scientifiction: The First Fandom Report.
His widow, Janet Dailey, is still a member of First Fandom.
