Diana Sainsbury Pavlac Glyer, a mythopoeic scholar (with a PhD in English) and fan who found fandom in 1973. She is a member of the Mythopoeic Society (she chaired Mythcon XVI) and LASFS. She was nominated for the 2008 Best Related Book Hugo for her study The Company They Keep: C. S. Lewis and J. R. R. Tolkien as Writers in Community.

She holds the distinction of having been married to two different Worldcon chairs, the late Ross Pavlac (Chicon IV) and Mike Glyer (L.A.Con III).
