DeepSouthCon 41 was held July 25-27, 2003 in conjunction with LibertyCon 16 in Chattanooga, TN. Attendance was about 437. Chaired by "Uncle Timmy" Bolgeo. S. M. Stirling was Literary GoH, Darrell K. Sweet was Artist GoH, John Ringo was Special Guest. Darryl Elliott was MC.

Mike Kennedy won the Rebel Award and Rick Shelley and Larry Elmore won the Phoenix Award, in Rick Shelley's case, posthumously. The Rubble Award went to Jerry Page "For a Lifetime of Disservice."
