David W. Clark is a Bay Area fan, conrunner and huckster. He chaired ConFrancisco, the 1993 Worldcon. He also co-chaired Baycon 15 and has been on many convention committees. He is a member of the Elves, Gnomes, and Little Men's Science Fiction, Chowder & Marching Society.

He published the San Francisco Bay Area Fan Directory.
