Dave Nee is a Bay Area fan, one of the owners of The Other Change of Hobbit (sometimes abbreviated TOCOH), a SF and fantasy bookstore in California. Founded in 1977, the bookstore was originally located in Berkeley and then in El Cerrito. He was a member of the Little Men and of the APA Intercourse.
