-An ersatz [[club]] created by [[Claude Degler]] on Long Island in 1943 as part of his [[Cosmic Circle]].  It's head (and sole members) was [[Russell Wilsey,]], a [[neofan]].  He populated the [[clubs]] by contacting [[prozine]] readers using names and addresses culled from their [[letter columns]].  It seems to have had no real existence.
