Christian B. McGuire is a Los Angeles fan who chaired L.A.con IV in 2006 as well as the LA in 2006 bid. He also chaired Confirmation, the 2010 Westercon, Conucopia, Loscon 19, Loscon 21, Loscon XXIII, Loscon 27, Loscon 39, and Loscon 40. He is a longtime member of LASFS and has been Vice Chairman of the LASFS Board of Directors as well as President. He is co-custodian of the Fan Portrait Gallery.
