Christopher Andrew Miller was a British fan who was one of the founders of the Oxford University Speculative Fiction Group when at university, and later a member of the SFCoL, the BSFA, the Stourbridge and District SF Circle, and the Young Science Fiction Reading Group. He seems to have been active in the late 50s and the 60s.
