A long-time fan from the Richmond, VA area. He was a collector, huckster, and sold a number of stories to prozines such as Analog and F&SF. He organized and ran SFWA's Estates directory, which made it easier for publishers to locate the heirs of deceased writers to pay royalties.
He had been a member of the Nelson Bond Society.
