Boskone 16 was a convention held February 16-18, 1979 at the Sheraton Boston Hotel in Boston, MA. The GoH was Frank Herbert, the Official Artist was Mike Symes and the Science Speaker was Marc C. Chartrand. It was chaired by Don Eastlake and attendance was 1950.
There was no Boskone Book, but a Symes Art Portfolio consisting of black and white prints of seven pencil drawings was produced.
The RISFA Players performed The Decomposers by Mark Keller and Sue Anderson at this Boskone.
