An early fan from Erie, PA. He became interested in SF in 1934, and joined the SFL in 1938. Ted Dikty saw his name in an SFL column in a prozine and connected with him. They were both part of Moonstruck Press and its project to produce a huge bibliography of fantasy. He was a member of New Fandom and also published Fanta-Verse.
