Robert B. (Bob) Jones of Columbus, Ohio, was one of the 64 charter members of The National Fantasy Fan Federation (N3F) in 1941.

He published the fanzine Pegasus for FAPA in 1943.

He was the subject of a Founding Member article by Jon D. Swartz in the June 2019 National Fantasy Fan.
