Kroll by Kroll.

William T. Kroll, a fanartist from Des Moines, IA, active in the 1940s and ’50s, published the fanzine Scientifantasy with John Grossman in the late 1940s, as well contributing to other zines. He was a member of Fantasy Artisans.

He attended Cinvention in 1949, worked on The Cinvention Daily and painted a backdrop used for programming, according to Art Rapp’s conrep in Spacewarp 30.
