William M. Breiding (often written Wm. Breiding), a San Francisco fanzine fan active since the 1970s, now in Arizona, was the recipient of a fan fund to bring him to Corflu Titanium. He was a member of Apa-50.
Originally from West Virginia, he is Sutton Breiding’s brother. In 2019, Bill wrote in Portable Storage One:
I’ve known G. Sutton Breiding my entire life. For a couple of lazy summers we even shared a bedroom.
