The Baltimore, Maryland -- Washington, DC metropolitan area.
Being so close together, fandom in the Baltiwash area tends to work together on many projects even though Washington fans have WSFA and Baltimore fans have BSFA. Most Baltiwash Worldcons have been joint affairs.
