Balticon 4
Balticon 4 was a convention held at the Lord Baltimore Hotel in Baltimore, probably not on the Easter weekend in 1970. The GoHs were Damon Knight and Kate Wilhelm.
The chairman was Jack Chalker. Knight put the dinners of a large number of would-be Clarion writers on his hotel room bill, disgusting Jack Chalker to the point he stopped chairing Balticon.
