Balticon 24 was a convention held at the Hunt Valley Inn, Hunt Valley, MD, Easter weekend, April 13-15, 1990. The GoHs (all called "Honored Guests") were Robin McKinley, Charles Lang, and Wendy SnowLang.
The chairman was Sue Wheeler.
Josepha Sherman won the Compton Crook Award for The Shining Falcon. Elizabeth Moon was the previous year's winner.
