Avalon

Avalon was a chapter of the Mythopoeic Society founded in 1970. It did not permit alcohol at meetings "to prevent a repeat of Sassafrass." It met monthly at members' homes to discuss books. It published an irregular newsletter Andvari. Fl. 1970-82.
