Arthur F. Williams was a prominent British SF fan during the 1930s-1940s.

One of his fanzines was The Science Fantasy Fan. Each issue contained artwork by Williams, a prolific fan artist who also did art for fanzines such as Futurian War Digest and Science Fantasy News. Other fanzines were Unique (Williams), later titled Trends and Fantasy Post (with Ken Bulmer).
