Arthur E. Sehnert was a fan in the 1930s-1940s from Tennessee who was a member of the Tennessee Fictioneers in the 30s and, later, Vulcan Publications.

He was one of the charter members of the National Fantasy Fan Federation in 1941. He had attempted to form the Dixie American Federation of Science Fictionists before the War and was on the Advisory Board of the moderately successful Dixie Fantasy Federation.

in the early 1940s he published Saturnalia and with Joe Gilbert and Harry Jenkins, published The Southern Star.
