Andy England was a British fan. He was a dedicated book and magazine collector and helped out at the Fantasy Centre store and with their dealers' room tables at conventions. He also often acted as a convention art auctioneer. He had a notably stentorian voice, helpful for auctioneering and for making announcements in the dealers' room when a PA wasn't available. Before his retirement he worked as a woodwork teacher.
