A fan who was a member (and director) of the N3F. He was one of the founders of the Fanzine Foundation.

Publications include: Bulletin of the Fanzine Foundation, Fantasy Aspects, A Fanzine for Now (for FAPA), Fly in the Salad, Iconoclastic Quarterly (for FAPA), Portals, Some Materials Towards a Fanzine Index. He was one of the editors of Postwarp and Tightbeam for the N3F. He was also a member of OMPA, N'APA, SAPS and The Cult.

He seems to have been active in the late 50s and early 60s.
