Jonas Arvid Engholm, under his preferred spelling Ahrvid Engholm, is Swedish conrunning and fanzine fan, has worked on many Nasacons as well as on Swecons, Conscience and others. His fanzines include Vheckans Avfentyr, Fanytt, Smorgasboard, Science Fiction Journalen, Multum Est, and many others. Though one of Sweden's during the period from his first appearance i fandom in 1975 most active fans, Engholm is also highly opnionated and convinced of the infallability of his both views and judgments. Not surprisingly, for this reason he has been involved in most feuds in Swedish fandom his active period, and fallen out with numerous other Swedish fans.

He has writte a Swedish online Fancyclopedia, Fandboken and founded the Baltcon. He started a Swedish sf writer's mailing list Skriva. He did two collections (in English) of Swedish fan writing, Swede ishes. He is a member of EAPA. He helped create the hoax Bob Weber. He was an agent for the Britain in '87 Worldcon bid.
