The 4th International SF Festival was something like a convention held May 2-8, 1979 at the Sofitel St. Jaques in Metz, France. It was supported by the local Arts Council. The guests (probably GoHs) were Norman Spinrad, Christopher Priest, John Brunner, Ian Watson, Dominique Donay and Andre Ruellon.
