The 25th World Fantasy Convention was held November 4-7, 1999 at the RICC, Westin and Biltmore Hotels in Providence, RI. The GoHs were Charles de Lint, Leo & Diane Dillon, Patricia A. McKillip, Robert Silverberg, and Samuel R. Delany was Special Guest. It was sponsored by MCFI, the convention theme was "Voyages', the toastmaster was John M. Ford and it was chaired by Chip Hitchcock & Davey Snyder.
