The 2009 Campbell Award was presented August 9, 2009 at Anticipation.
Steven H Silver received enough votes to be on the ballot, but the Hugo administrator determined that his sales up to that time did not achieve the minimum payment for consideration as a professional sale, so he was dropped prior to the ballot announcement as ineligible.
