The 1956 Best Fanzine Hugo was presented September 3 at NyCon II. This third year of the Hugos there was for the first time a shortlist of nominees, with the winner selected by voting by the members of the convention.
Winner: Inside and Science Fiction Advertiser ed. by Ron Smith
