This formalizes links to Chaz Boston-Baden's photos.

'file' the name of the image as saved on the wiki
optional:
'text' is free-form text to be used as the caption
'pic' is the number in C B-B's photo gallery. e.g., 1342-03
'align' the alignment of the image. Options are left, right, center, none. Default is right.
'upright' the scaling of the image. 1.0, 2.0, 1.5, etc. Default is no scaling
'width' is the width in pixels. 50, 100, 200, etc. Default is no width parameter
