George Richard Fox was a fan who lived in Rahway, NJ. He was one of the founders of the Null-A Men (which quickly was renamed ESFA), the Spectators, and of SAPS. He published Terrifying Test-Tube Tales.

He went on to write bestselling thrillers (Amok, 1978) and screenplays (Earthquake, 1974). One of his novels and two short stories were edited by Joe Kennedy (another of the founders of SAPS) and published in 2002.
