Elst Weinstein

Elliott "Elst" Weinstein is a fan who organized the Terminus in 23,309 hoax Worldcon bid. He won a Worldcon Special Committee Award in 1991 "for starting up and continuing the Hogus." He was also responsible for Herbangelism.
