(1896 – February 24, 1969)

Elizabeth O. Cullen was a life member of the Washington SF Association. She served from 1957–65 as club secretary, and from 1955–1967, until her health deteriorated, hosted most WSFA meetings in her home, Cullen House, at 7966 W. Beach Drive, NW, in Northwest DC. Her Scottish terrier, MacDuff, attended meetings, too, often curled up under a settee with young Betty Berg.

She was librarian for an organization of railroad lobbyists.
