A cookbook published in 1992 by Constantinople the 1994 Australian Natcon. It was edited by Ian Gunn and "typed, retyped, and typed again" by Alan Stewart and printed by Singular Productions. 42 pages, 11.75" x 8 1/4", saddle stapled.

It included art by Phil Wlodarczyk, Paul Kidd, Craig Hilton, Ian Gunn, Anne Onymous, and Steve Scholz, and recipes and other contributions by Lyn C. Coburg, Lucy Sussex, Glen Tilley, Sarah Berry, Tim Jones, Andrew Williams, Leah Zeldes Smith, Mark Manning, Craig Hilton, Jim Smith, Peter Macarthur, Karen Pender-Gunn, Annette Lotz, Jane Tisell, Steve Scholz, Martin Reilly, Justin Semmel, Peter Ritchie, Phil Wlodarczyk, Ted Sheppard, Paul Kidd, Adina Hamilton, Claire Brialey, Paul Ewins, Ian Gunn, Julia Bateman, Tim Reddan, Dave Langford, and Alan Stewart.
