Swarthmore Warders of Imaginative Literature, a science fiction and fantasy club at Swathmore College which was founded in 1978 by Jim Huang and others.[1] It sponsored an APA: SWAPA. SWIL took over the annual Pterodactyl Hunt at Swarthmore in the mid 1980s and continued to do so after SWIL morphed into Psi Phi.[2]

As Psi Phi, the club sponsors weekly dinner traditions and board game nights, semesterly tabletop role-play events, and a sci-fi and fantasy library in the basement of Parrish, as well as the Pterodactyl Hunt.

This is a club page. Please extend it by adding information about when and where the club met, when and by whom it was founded, how long it was active, notable accomplishments, well-known members, clubzines, any conventions it ran, external links to the club's website, other club pages, etc.

When there's a floreat (Fl.), this indicates the time or times for which we have found evidence that the club existed. This is probably not going to represent the club's full lifetime, so please update it if you can!
