Rivercon III was a convention held July 29-31, 1977 at the Stouffer's Louisville Inn, in Louisville, KY. The GoHs were Larry Niven and Sandra Miesel. The toastmaster was Joe Hensley. it was chaired by Cliff Amos, and attendance was 621.
It included the world premiere of Stringworld by Shelby Bush III and Bernard J. Willinger.
