A get-together held at Worldcon by fans of Georgette Heyer's Regency romances. In the days before the Internet, specialized fannish interests were so sparsely scattered that Worldcon was often the only place to get a critical mass together. The Teas were held starting in the late 60s and seem to have largely ended by the late 70s. (The Regency Dance was a fixture of Worldcon and also of many regionals past the year 2000, but it had a wider focus than just Heyer.)
