A fanzine published by Donald Wollheim from 1935 to Feb, 1946. It had previously been known as The International Science Fiction Guild's Bulletin and then Bulletin of the Terrestrial Fantascience Guild (or the Terrestrial Fantascience Guild Bulletin). Science Fiction Weekly, The Mind of Man, and The Planeteer were also combined into it.

Selected material from The Phantagraph was collected and reprinted in Operation: Phantasy — The Best from Phantagraph.

Early in its life it was reviewed in William Crawford and D. R. Welch's Science Fiction Bibliography, published in 1935:

Originally titled The Bulletin of the International Science Fiction Guild, it has now been changed to The Terrestiral Fantascience Guild. (We follow the original spelling). Vol 1, No. 1 is dated May-June 1934, poorly printed in purple ink, 6x9. A half-dozen issues have appeared. The contents are on a level with the title. Unfortunately, it is still being published.
