PgHLANGE VI

PgHLANGE VI was a convention held September 27–29, 1974, at the Sheraton Motor Inn in Pittsburgh, PA. The GoH was Joanna Russ. The Mimeo Man was performed by the Null A Players. It was chaired by Frank Richards.

The famous fannish incident the Secret Handgrip of Fandom happened at this PghLANGE: The PgHLANGE 7 program book had an amusing note for each previous convention. For #6 it was "The Patia von Sternberg Incident (with the unwitting assistance of two unwitting mundanes.) If you haven't heard about it yet, hang around Stu. You'll hear it eventually."
