A Winnipeg fan who published the fanzines Jabberwocky and Whiz Funnies. Michael S. Hall may have been his invented crazy younger brother, or someone else entirely.
He was a member of Decadent Winnipeg Fandom and one of the fen behind the original Winnipeg in '94 Worldcon bid, back in the ’70s.
