Elaine Walker is a Welsh author who describes herself as follows: "I am a writer of fiction - particularly magical realism - as well as poetry and non-fiction. Much of my non-fiction is on the horse in cultural history, which is my academic specialism."
She is lead singer with the rock band The Levee Breaks, as well as performing as a soloist, using the stage name Jude Lane.
